Three Minute Thesis Competition

Invitation to the Institute for Medieval Research ‘three-minute thesis’ competition:

All are welcome to join us at the following event, which will include a wine reception:

What: The Institute for Medieval Research is holding a ‘three-minute thesis’ competition. Current MA and PhD students broadly working within the field of medieval studies will be allowed just three minutes to best convey their current research to the audience. Prizes will be awarded by a judging-panel of academic staff as well as an audience vote. The task of summarising tens of thousands of words into such a short amount of time promises to be a very interesting challenge!

When: 5pm-7pm, Wednesday 27th May

Where: Room A02, Highfields House (University Park Campus, Nottingham)

Prizes have been kindly donated by medievalists.net and the King Richard III Visitor Centre.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible!
